Our Mont Blanc dessert returns with a new and refined twist, capturing the comforting flavours of autumn with Japanese flair. Inspired by the beloved classic that is especially popular in Japan, this Mont Blanc highlights seasonal ingredients with an intricate layering of tastes and textures that feels indulgent yet delicate.

At the heart of our new Mont Blanc is a rich whiskey-infused mascarpone cream that brings warmth and depth. Layered beneath is a delicate buckwheat sponge cake, topped with sobacha for a subtle crunch that enhances each bite. To complete this dessert, we’ve added velvety chestnut ice cream alongside a smooth chestnut cream—perfectly embodying the rich, nutty tones of the season.

This unique interpretation of Mont Blanc pays homage to autumn while showcasing the nuanced flavours and textures that Japanese desserts are celebrated for.
